Bear Triplets

Well the bear triplets are growing like weeds also. Got some good infrared shots of them hanging around the Mt Pond last week.

Amazing shots Joe! Do you ever come across them while hiking or when checking your camera traps?

Hey Bill,
Occasionally I'll bump into one. But usually all I'll see is a glance of one putting some distance between me and him. A couple of times from the time on the cameras the bear was at the camera when I came to check it. Never did see them. They probably heard or smelled me long before I got there. A couple of years ago I did get between a sow and her cubs. That's was a hair raising few minutes I don't want to repeat.

They look so healthy and happy. I like how they wander away from mom a bit - thinking about climbing that tree.
