Late Snow

We got a couple of inches of snow over night after about 1.5" of rain during the day last week. Luckily it wasn't all snow or we'd had a couple of feet instead of a couple of inches. Caught these does coming up the trail after the sun came out. They're still looking pretty sleek in their winter coats.

Pretty. Like that last shot as she sneaks out the side.
Are we not so tired of the snow?
One bonus...it's warming up to melt it all.

So pretty--I know we are all tired of the snow but hopefully we are seeing the last of it. The last one is funny-she's running like she knows she was caught on camera :)

I think we've turned the corner on the snow, Joe, but I've been wrong before. It melts pretty fast this time of year -- and it is "good for the farmers..." :)

Hey Joe, I bet you'd get lots of close ups if you put a bucket of corn beneath your camera!! LOL
