Masked Bandits

I had put all of my cameras back out last Sunday in hopes of getting some pics of the bucks that had made it through the hunting season. I was very disappointed in not only the number of bucks I got but with the total number of pics I got of deer at all. My farmer buddy saw one of the bigger bucks on the power line about dark one evening last week but unfortunately he didn't go by the camera. I believe the big 8 pointer with the scar across his nose is still out there also. Hopefully better luck next week.

I did get some nice shots of raccoons out foraging. As big as they are they most be finding plenty to eat.

I have the same issue in NH Joe, very few deer on camera this year...We better start hitting the coyotes hard!

That's a lot of raccoons. As a chicken owner, I don't like them much, but you did get some nice shots.

They're definitely digging around for something:)

I love to watch racoons. They are so busy. Great shot. Not a lot of deer around here. I didn't see one big buck this season. I had to settle on a smaller one for venison.

They are looking a bit roly-poly!

Those would make some fluffy coon hats! ;)

Healthy coons, indeed!

That's a lot of coons all traveling together. I wonder if they're a family? Or, is it normal to see a bunch together around there? We have almost none so I don't know much about them.

I always find this to be a very slow time of year for trail cameras... I love the summer when great photos seem to wait for me every week! Not in the winter, though!

Miło było pooglądać zwierzęta na wolności. Bardzo ładne zdjęcia z "polowania". Pozdrawiam

I look forward to more photos. Hey I don't have a bush cam but I did manage to get a nice shot of a bunch of turkeys on my ridge. Take care. B
