Log Walkers

The bears seemed to enjoy walking the log at the mountain pond set last week. First a cub tried out it's tight rope walking skills and then two bigger bears decided it would be fun the walk the log. Please excuse the slight blur on the pics. Another bear just had to stick it's muddy nose on the camera lens before these pics were taken.

I am loving this set of photos. What grace;)
I used to be in gymnastics and the balance beam was my favorite. He would place close to first I would think;D

This is delightful! I love how bears love to have fun and need entertainment. The last photo looks more like a great ape than a bear.

Those are pretty good cam pics, thanks for sharing. They did look like they were enjoying themselves.

How cute. I am guessing they are the equivalent of teenagers now.

I've never seen a bear myself in its natural habitat, so i think this is the closest I'm getting. Richard

The little one is so cute -- but the bigger bears look like they are having just as much fun. Great captures, Joe. :)

Those are priceless! It's the gymnastics center for bears... learning the balance beam!

The cub looks skinny - I hope the little guy puts on enough fat to make it through the winter...

How cool is that. You have yourself a bear playground going there. Nice.

I used to do that when I was a kid and one day I watched a little bunny run up and down a log. Must be something with being young and walking logs. When we get older I guess we are afraid we will slip and get hurt.
