Another slow week for the camera traps. The big bucks are still AWOL from the cameras. I know they're still around from having seen two last week as we were finishing the corn chopping. It's funny to watch the deer come out into a field that has just been chopped and stand looking around. They're probably thinking where the heck did all of our corn go. I did get this small buck last week. One thing I really like about the Covert camera is it takes great night time pics.

These are some really nice night time pics. My son has a couple of nice bucks on his trail cam...but hasn't seen them in person yet!
these are really pretty. nice warm colors for night shots. :)
poor bewildered deer, standing in the field going WTH?!
Nice specimen there. Glad to be looking at him while he is still breathing.
Always great to see these lovelies!
Its just hard to think some people hunt this little guys. Now if they were armed as well then that would make it a fair fight!. Richard
I think these are a good size, Joe. This year? Or next year?
Those ARE very good night shots! Probably the best I've seen from a trail camera. That buck appears to have some potential, too.
These are great night shots!
Those are great! I just added another camera to my research list.
It always seems to slow down here too around this time of year. I assumed that it was because we're at high elevation and animals were heading down lower. Maybe not... maybe animals are more reclusive everywhere.
In any case, the Covert sure does take nice night photos. I love the buck, even if he's not huge.
Nice young buck Joe..I hope the big ones show themselves soon!
These are fantastic night photos, Joe. About another month until firearm deer season starts here. :)
Small buck?? He looks pretty big to me :)
I am surprised the flash from the camera doesn't startle them.
Nice nighttime captures. He's a beauty.
These pictures are so much fun, especially the bears below.

That is a good idea to have a camera hidden in the woods. Maybe you will capture big foot one day, lol. Richard
