Opossoms and More

I got a bunch more bear pics last week but I thought you might be getting bear fatigue so I decided to post a few of the other critters that have shown up on the cameras lately. Got a couple of rare shots of an opossum on both of the mountain sets. Though the opossums are plentiful in my area they don't get on camera much. Also got a couple of Gray Foxes and the big raccoon. I'm probably going to relocate two of my cameras next week. I need to get one back out on the farm to see what's going on out there and the other one I'm going to have to think about. I'm leaving the Covert at the mountain hotspot. Just getting too many different animals and great shots there to move it.

Wow -- you are not kidding, Joe. What a combination. The fox is a beauty -- I don't believe we have any gray foxes here.

Now possums -- I've had to move more than one sleeping possum from a hen box after eating too many eggs. ;)

Not a possum fan (had too many run ins, and they never play possum), but the fox shots are wonderful!

Nice! Always fun to get something you don't normally see on one of your cameras, isn't it?

Nail a can of tuna or cat food to a stump in front of the camera and you'll get some more 'possums! :)

I'm a huge gray fox fan! Always like seeing their pics.

Looking forward to your new locations as well!

I found your blog from your comment over Lisa@Two Bears Farm. I have always thought it would be fun to have a trail camera. I live in Arizona so the wildlife is different. I look forward to seeing your pictures.
